DIANA miRPath v2.0 is a web-based computational tool that identifies potentially altered molecular pathways by the expression of a single or multiple microRNAs.

DIANA-miRPath has been significantly upgraded providing miRNA predicted targets based on microT-CDS and experimentally verified ones based on TarBase v6. Users are able to combine results with merging and meta-analysis algorithms; perform hierarchical clustering of miRNAs and pathways based on their interaction levels; as well as elaborate sophisticated visualizations, such as dendrograms or miRNA versus pathway heat maps. The new and improved web interface of DIANA-miRPath v2 can be accessed through here.
